Gateone-project supports innovation in medical technology and pharma industry
On 6th July, Basel was the place where players ready to shape the future towards digital medicine met to strengthen their collaboration in an open innovation framework.
Indeed the gateone-project workshop had welcomed pharma, diagnostic and medical devices companies as well as technology and IT providers to share their vision of the digital medical revolution as well as their needs and offers in innovation.
Introduction presentations highlighted the key challenges and opportunities in the medical revolution toward digital and precision medicine. 73 one to one meetings have been organized by BLUMORPHO in a very open minded spirit facilitating discussion between European SMEs, but also with large corporate like Novartis, Johnson & Johnson. Euresearch and CTI start-up were also here to support innovation with specific tools accessible for Swiss companies.
Next steps for collaborations have been defined to make innovation happens.
This workshop was the second event organized by the gateone-project and benefited from a strong support by BaselArea.Swiss and CSEM.
Such an event contributes to the success of the gateone-project, an Innovation Service for European SMEs.
