Optical sensing using patches

Disposable and low cost sensing layers for gas and chemical monitoring. Nanoporous solgel layers can be functionalized to be sensitive to e.g. glucose, CO2, O2, pH. To extend the panel of targets, the nanoporous layer can also be functionalized with enzymes
