MEMS Ultrasonic Localization through Triangularization

Ultrasonic localization has been demonstrated for a number of applications. We offer MEMS ultrasonic
transducers, either CMUT (capacitive) or PMUT (piezoelectric) to allow triangularization of objects. The
offer includes the packaging of the MEMS + integration with electronics onto PCB + software. The distance
detection ranges in air from few cm up to 0,5 m.
