flowGATE is a valve concept that can be tailored to generate both on/off and flow modulating valves. flowGATE is 100% made of polymer, either thermoplastic or elastomer and it is of membrane, actuated either pneumatically or with a linearly displacing pin. flowGATE does not require dedicated fabrication or integration steps to be fully functional, making it suitable for low-cost devices. Proven in Point of Care applications.
